RED ARROWS
The red arrows are always the best part of an air show, they were brilliant today and Folkestone really attracted the crowds what with the football final this morning. Well done to Spain, I am sure England’s girls will get there soon. People were queuing for a good couple of hours before it opened on the Harbour Arm as they would only let in 800. I would say there were a few thousand people watching the air show this afternoon plus the ones that could see it from their houses and gardens. The weather has been beautiful and that makes everything so much better. I found it hard to take photos as the sun was so bright right where we were looking. I took Zac down to the Harbour to watch the display with an ice cream a good old ’99’ a small one was £2.50 Some of the displays these planes do take your breath away as they get so close.
