So many things going on in Folkestone this summer! Folkestones writing group, Write By The Sea will be there so pop along and have a chat if you are thinking of joining the group. My sister had another party at the weekend which was really good, mostly all family so it’s lovely to catch up with everyone. The view is amazing from her house, it was a shame we still had the awful wind, we could do with a bit of the heat from Europe. On a clear day, you can see France in the distance. The cocktail makers were there again doing a fab job in the setup bar, very nice, plus a buffet. Found a bargain on the for sale site, I was going to buy a mirror like…

5th 6th AUGUST 2023 What a great weekend this will be in August, the rafts that people make are great to see and for the first time this year there will be a paddle board race, which should be fun.
