I went to the Kent show yesterday, which was my first time as I had assumed like many it was just to do with farming animals and machinery. I was amazed to see such an assortment of shows, stalls, animals and so much more. I attended because one of my grandchildren was walking sheep around the ring and participating in the classes every day of the show. The other day it was my birthday which was great celebrating in Tenerife in lovely weather with Kara, Enzo and Ben. We had a fun time playing crazy golf, Kara beat me by two points. We had a lovely day with a bit of shopping and then laying by the pool, so great having your birthday in sunshine. The seating areas on the floor by reception are very nice, I love the book wall, very handy if you have forgotten your reading material. As much as you read reviews you are never sure what the hotel will be like but Ben picked good as I really cannot fault this place, not only do you get three meals a day but also snacks morning and afternoon.
