The Alchemist, 63-66 St Martins Lane, London WC2N 4JS As it was our last night in London, we treated ourselves and went to The Alchemist, who have 6 bars in London as well as elsewhere in the UK. This cocktail bar and restaurant was superb; it was just the place to go for something a bit special. The cocktails were very theatrical which you do not get in a normal cocktail bar. 41 Broadwick Street, London W1F 9QL I have to say this was one of the best places. It’s very popular, so you have to book, and you just get an allocated time to devour as much chocolate as you can! I thought the prices were reasonable for London; for example, that hot chocolate was £6.90, and I have seen that price in some local places but without the chocolate all over the cup.
