All the staff were amazing and so helpful, they obviously have very good training as they were the best I had seen in dealing with very rude and rowdy customers. This did arise when a group were asked to pay €200 as a deposit for each room in case of any breakages, it was dealt with quickly and smoothly, very impressive. Opposite The Gold Arcos Hotel I met Karen and Miguel a few years ago so always pop in to see them at their bar, which I have to say is doing very well with the older clientele with the bar being full most nights. This is so good to see as during covid you would always worry and think that the very small businesses may not make it. 16th JUNE 2023 The ride to the airport at 4 am was quick as not a lot of traffic on the roads and luckily no roadworks. Bob the driver kept us entertained with his garden growing antics. I am now an ambassador for Penava, how exciting, I have my first items on order so I cannot wait to show you. It was so hard to pick as everything on this website is really nice.
