HUNGRY HORSE, FOLKESTONE
What a brilliant time we had last week at The Hungry Horse for lunch, it was one of our longest lunches, over 4 hours! lol All nine of us made it so we had lots to catch up on about what the summer held for all of us plus many were still to go on holiday.
The deal on Wednesday is curry and a drink so most of us went for that, I liked that they now do a Keema curry, not as good as mine but it was a nice change. I must say Carols salmon looked really good on the hot plate. The service was a bit slow but we did not mind that as it gave us more time to chat. A couple had desserts but true to form I forgot to take photos of those. Next month we will have a birthday so hopefully we can all make it. It’s very scary to think September is upon us, the children go back to school this week but at least we still have som glorious sunshine.
I am looking forward to my next holiday which will be ten days in Italy, I am so excited about this as it has been my dream for so long. I will be staying at Lake Garda but also going to Verona and Venice. I will of course be blogging all the time, so look out for them.
