WHAT AM I READING NOW?
I have just started this book by CATHERINE STEADMAN, LOOK IN THE MIRROR. I liked the sound of this when I bought it, and so far it is not letting me down. I am hoping to get a good grip on it over the weekend, as I am staying in. The weather is cold, and my new hip does not seem to like the cold. I am also a bit nervous about falling over if it is icy. We do seem to be lucky with the weather, as no snow, just rain here in Folkestone. Sleeping is still a problem…
View PostCHRISTMAS BOOKS AND WHAT I AM READING NOW
I received three books over christmas two from my sister and one from the author G.A. Wooldridge. This is the one I am reading first, which I started yesterday, Footsteps of the Dead. This time I bought the three necklaces for £10 and was really pleased with my…

We had an enjoyable time; the acts were fun and provided a good mixture of laughs that everyone enjoyed. I am definitely looking forward to more of these in the New Year. I love this old bar at The Grand; it’s so friendly and welcoming, with great food. Plus, the best bit is that entry is free, you cannot beat an evening full…
