BEST OF FEBRUARY
What a mixed month that was for the weather, one week it’s snowing and then we had lovely spring sunshine. It would be great if the weather stayed like this but unfortunately, they are predicting another bout of a very cold system over the Easter period. I enjoyed trying out the nail gadget, what a brilliant tool for while we are in lockdown as it really does your nails very well. So many different attachments but very easy to use as it’s a USB plug with the drills just pushing in. Electronic nail file available from Amazon here. The…

PUBLISHED BY HQ ON THE 18th FEBRUARY 2021 WOW just a huge wow, this will be my book of the month I am sure as it’s so bloody good. If you like a good bit of gritty crime then this book you have to read. I know it won’t be everybody’s cup of tea, I really loved it. The storyline…

PUBLISHED BY THOMAS & MERCER ON 1st FEBRUARY 2021 Another of my favorite authors for a good gritty crime story, this will keep you trying to work out who is actually committing these murders. This is a new series with DI Kate Young taking the lead, is she fit to be doing this I asked myself but the murder doesn’t faze her it’s her mental health that is causing the problems. Can she work out if…

For January I have chosen BEFORE SHE DISAPPEARED by LISA GARDNER, you can read my review here. This book gives you thrills all the way through as you try to work out what has happened to the girls, the suspense is right throughout the book and in some places, I even wondered…
