I was very lucky to win a £30 voucher for Aspendos in a raffle so I decided to make an evening of it and take Kara & Ben and Jade out for a meal. I had never been to this Turkish restaurant before, it is a very popular place with establishments in all neighbouring towns. The sea view here with the afternoon sun is really nice and warm, just right for a pre-dinner aperitif. Did you know this was a ‘thing’? I have not heard of it before but I do think it makes sense to have something like this during the warmer months as many writers do take some time off work to complete their writing or even to do some writing when they have some time to themselves.
