DON’T YOU JUST HATE………..
Do the same things annoy you or do you find most days there is always something? For me, it’s always the same things and most days I go through life pretty happy. One of my annoying things is the drivers that just stay in the middle lane, you can go right up to them on the inside and then drop back to overtake them and even pull over into the slow lane in front of them and they are still there poodling along, not even noticing! After a super holiday I arrived home and came down with covid…….a bit shocked as I don’t know anyone that has had it since we got back to normal. I am pretty sure I caught it from a woman on the plane as she was coughing so much. I am staying in until I test clear as I would hate to give it to anyone, it’s all a bit of a nuisance as I had things planned for my birthday when home. Trying to walk from one end of Benidorm to the other is something that we could not do now so to enable us to see all the views we decided to hire a double mobility scooter for the day. We went to Say Go who seemed to be a pretty good company with a lot of new mobility scooters available. The price was €50 for a day with a deposit of €100 that you got back when you returned the scooter. Opposite The Gold Arcos Hotel I met Karen and Miguel a few years ago so always pop in to see them at their bar, which I have to say is doing very well with the older clientele with the bar being full most nights. This is so good to see as during covid you would always worry and think that the very small businesses may not make it.
