THE HYTHE FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL LAST WEEKEND
We had a great authors area this year with some coming on different days so we had a great selection of authors and books. Debby Jones organised our area where she also launched her book Dan Hawk Psychic Detective which is available on Amazon here. Well done everyone, a super five days and a few books sold so all our authors are smiling. The variety of stalls this year was amazing, everything from cheese to material! HEAD DOWN TO HOLMANS FIELD IN HYTHE OPPOSITE SAINSBURYS, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ONE-WAY SYSTEM ON SUNDAY 30th JULY So many great stalls there this year plus the assortment of food venues is amazing so definitely something for everyone, I doubt anyone will go home without buying something.

This is a lovely holiday read, super area, some great characters make a refreshing happy, romantic story for the holidays or just sitting enjoying the weather. I am only about a quarter of the way in but it has got my attention about what happens through the story. I am sure there will be a happy romantic ending though. What are you reading?

I had my great-grandson stay at the weekend, he is getting such a character, the things he comes out with at times make me laugh so much. He loves looking for the frogs in the pond but was unlucky this time as none came up to the top of the pond. The pots are all doing well this year, I have to get some stones around them.
