GRANDPARENTS DAY 3rd OCTOBER 2021

Hope you are all being spoilt today, I think this is a lovely day especially as grandparents are doing a lot more now to help their children. It’s nice to be appreciated even though being a Nan is so much nicer than a mum as we get to give them back and enjoy the very best of them.

Shorter days, falling leaves and pumpkins for Halloween. Autumn is here so we say goodbye to sunny days at the beach, not that we have had many of them this year. What does October mean for you? As August was a washout it was a pleasant surprise that the sun has been shining this month, long may it continue but the nasty weatherman keeps saying it is going to rain next week! I always think it is good when we have a bit of sun during September/October as it feels like winter will be a shorter season.
