REVIEW The enormous Bay tree at the back of my garden grows so quickly so I knew it would have to have a fierce cut right down so I could keep it trimmed myself. I found this local company on Facebook and sent them a message, they came round and gave me a quote and were then able to do the work the following week. We hear a lot about this in magazines, online, and even podcasts, so it makes you think about what you can do to make yourself feel better. My first thought was to have a holiday or have enough money so you could go private and see a doctor as it’s so hard now just to get an appointment. They say change is good even if it comes at a time when we don’t want to embrace it. I guess it depends on the circumstances and whatever changes in your life. It stops us from stagnating, opening our eyes to new possibilities or sending us down a different path. I have made some changes plus changes have been made for me, which are hard to accept, especially if you were not expecting them.
