BOOK OF THE MONTH FEBRUARY 2026
This has got to be THE PERFECT MARRIAGE BY JENEVA ROSE. This was one of the best books I have read in a long time. You don’t want to put it down. I ended up sitting all day reading! The pace is good as it keeps giving you bits to work out in your head, did he do it? Was it the husband? Was it the other person? Then how did they do it? I cannot find the words to say how bloody brilliant this story was. You have to read it.

What a hard decision this was. I really liked the new author’s book, Footsteps of the Dead. Also, Adele’s was a good story, and Freida is one of the best authors that I read. I am going to go with this new author as I think they all need a chance to get their book out there. Congratulations, G.A. Wooldridge. You will now go forward to the end-of-year best book! I have just started this book by CATHERINE STEADMAN, LOOK IN THE MIRROR. I liked the sound of this when I bought it, and so far it is not letting me down. I am hoping to get a good grip on it over the weekend, as I am staying in. The weather is cold, and my new hip does not seem to like the cold. I am also a bit nervous about falling over if it is icy.
