I attended this art show the other day, mainly because it featured local artists. What a heap of talent we have hidden away in Folkestone! It closes tomorrow at 4 pm, so try to get along and have a look, they are also for sale, plus prints and cards. The choice is amazing with many colours to blend with your decor. Well worth a look!

DITA GARBO AT THE COTERIE FRIDAY EVENING I was invited to the launch of THE COTERIE, this newly renamed bar along Cheriton Place in Folkestone, last night. Meeting Dita was fun, but over two hours to get ready seemed a lot. But didn’t she look good? It was a fun night and good to catch up with some friends. I organised a couple of book launches for two lovely Folkestone authors last Thursday. The first one was for Margaret Harland-Suddes, who had written a YA fiction story which had been taken up by a London publishing company called Austin Macauley. The book is called Finding Kronam.
