I am friends with Jo’s mum, Linda, so we popped along to this event the other night, which was my first time out since my full hip replacement. A much-needed escape from the walls of my flat!
We had an enjoyable time; the acts were fun and provided a good mixture of laughs that everyone enjoyed. I am definitely looking forward to more of these in the New Year. I love this old bar at The Grand; it’s so friendly and welcoming, with great food. Plus, the best bit is that entry is free, you cannot beat an evening full of great laughs all for nothing.
