How did we get to October so quickly? I feel like we hardly had a summer, I want to keep remembering the sunny days but we appear to be bombarded with Halloween which is not until the very end of October. It’s like we wish the month away. It does not help that the shops are filling up with Christmas goods! I was in heaven when I found this old bookshop, the selection of books was amazing, there is nothing better than looking at old books. I found one in English but set in Italy so bought it and I am halfway through, it is very nice light reading, just right for a holiday.  This is the new cover, I prefer the old one.
