MY BIRTHDAY
The other day it was my birthday which was great celebrating in Tenerife in lovely weather with Kara, Enzo and Ben. We had a fun time playing crazy golf, Kara beat me by two points. We had a lovely day with a bit of shopping and then laying by the pool, so great having your birthday in sunshine. This is by far the best animal park I have visited as you can get up close to so many of the animals, which are so gentle when they take the food from you that you buy there. The crocodile just wanted to lay in the sunshine, a couple of the tortoises were huge so must have been so old. There were lots of cactus from tiny ones to huge ones. Many guinea pigs running about you had to be careful where you walked. It was great to be able to feed so many of the animals, which Enzo loved.…

The seating areas on the floor by reception are very nice, I love the book wall, very handy if you have forgotten your reading material. As much as you read reviews you are never sure what the hotel will be like but Ben picked good as I really cannot fault this place, not only do you get three meals a day but also snacks morning and afternoon. There are always sun bed’s available and plenty of seating inside and outside. It’s not packed here like in August so it makes a huge difference. I love the small…

A super Sunday morning spent with my great grandson Enzo, we did some bubble flowing in the garden. He was trying to see how many colours we could see in the bubbles, then one landed on the spiders web in the outside fire so we decided this was the best picture. There was a small fun fair on The Leas and tribute singer Amy Winehouse which was really good. He wanted to drive the princess car, pleased that he had it all to himself.
