I went well out of my comfort zone and attended this speed dating for artists and creatives, I must admit I did not know what to expect BUT I am so glad I attended. I thought this was a perfect way of boosting your journey in whatever creative way is your expertise. I met a selection of artists, filmmakers, and digital arts plus I didn’t get to talk to everyone, hopefully, I will be able to blog about each person and their artistic journey. Anyone who is creative struggles for funding, so if I can help put their ART out there for all to see, then I am happy.
I love the way Kollectiv has blended in so well down The Old High Street and is getting a good following, many of their events are on Eventbrite plus the website, Beton Collective. A few writing events are coming up, I am unfortunately away so won’t be able to post about them so go along and let me know what you think.
