SEPTEMBER 2023

A new month heading into Autumn but I still want summer to carry on, It feels like it was over all too soon and not enough sunshine. I decided to set some goals for this month with the first one to finish one of the books I am writing. I have two weeks away so should get most of it finished by the time I return. I have not seen this before, a sunflower with lots of flowers, normally there is only one big flower at the top. We didn’t plant these either, they just appeared lol. It’s another of those plants that you do not nurture and it grows lovely. Do you know what this plant is, please? THE HARVESTER IN ASHFORD This is one of our favourite places to go for lunch as it is by the garden centre so we can pop in there and have a browse before lunch, also the car park is nice and big so you can always get a parking space. Then the best reason is that the food is delicious and the staff are so lovely. We had three ladies with prior appointments or poorly so we were down to 6, we still had a good catch-up plus a laugh, I think we may become a bit loud at times…
