GOLD ARCOS HOTEL, BENIDORM – REVIEW 2023

All the staff were amazing and so helpful, they obviously have very good training as they were the best I had seen in dealing with very rude and rowdy customers. This did arise when a group were asked to pay €200 as a deposit for each room in case of any breakages, it was dealt with quickly and smoothly, very impressive. The Royal Arrow pub which showed all the sports and had acts inside was underneath the hotel but the most amazing thing was that we could not hear anything when in our room on the second level.
