How did we get to August so quickly? Mind you, the weather is like autumn and the cushions, etc for the garden have been indoors more than outside. A little while ago I reviewed a cooling blanket that I thought was good, you can read my review here. After making a couple of rhubarb crumbles I was left wondering about the making of alcohol as I do really like the rhubarb gin and the vodka that you can buy. How hard could it be? After reading the different recipes I decided to have a try but I didn’t have a demi jon bottle so I got a few litre bottles cleaned and sterilised them.
