Autumn has arrived here in Uk but still very mild, the leaves are collecting on the ground and the children have had fun collecting the conkers that have fallen. I love that the cooking, soaking and ingenious ways of making the conkers harder for the games are still an active pastime for the children, this is one that is definitely passed down the generations. What a super display idea for a Harvest Festival, there certainly are many varied leaves about for children of all ages to find.
