This was incredibly good, I could not put it down, and it will be my book of the month! The perfect wife, whose only crime is that she works a lot to support them both. He is a writer who had one good book and then failed to deliver. They bought a holiday home, and he slunk off there, ending up having his cake and eating it! I instantly disliked him, and he got what he deserved when starting an affair with a local woman. That is just the beginning; it then gets better and better. I absolutely loved this. You need to get it on your TBR list.
