I had a super birthday last week, with so many presents I felt truly spoilt, and I do love presents! I also had two meals out, one with friends for lunch at The Hungry Horse. Then for my birthday meal, we went to Mimosa, which is a new restaurant in Sandgate.
I must say they have decorated this place so well, it is clean and fresh looking with lovely lights. The staff are so attentive, the wait time was just right between courses. We had a wonderful time there and will look forward to going again.
Drinks plus a free birthday one, also shots, so was very spoilt here.
Starters were lovely.

I had the shoulder of lamb with cous cous, which was so tender. We could not fault any of it, so well done to the chef and his wife, I am sure they will do well here.
