Anna from Magpie Emporium who you can find here has a huge assortment of many things, ranging from crystals to car air fresheners lol. The decorating got too much so I decided to run away to Bournemouth to see my grandaughter Jade who has just gone to university there. The relief I felt as I was driving away was immense, I am sure I smiled all the way, it took about four hours to get there. I stayed in a campsite for the week at Parley which had a garden centre right next door that had gas, so I exchanged my two 6k bottles, you cannot get any gas in Folkestone, I assume it is because of Brexit but not sure. Whoever said decorating is soothing, rewarding, easy or anything else like that, I do not understand. They must have the patience of a saint to be able to keep painting the second coat when you have no idea where you have or have not painted the first coat. Yes, a roller is quicker but the tiny splash marks go everywhere and then you can only see them when you have your glasses on, I try to leave them off now lol. What a brilliant Christmas story, we loved it. Freddie 7 read it so well, we had fun seeing all the names of the extra reindeer’s and what they were like, typical kids loved the one that farts a lot!
