All the staff were amazing and so helpful, they obviously have very good training as they were the best I had seen in dealing with very rude and rowdy customers. This did arise when a group were asked to pay €200 as a deposit for each room in case of any breakages, it was dealt with quickly and smoothly, very impressive. The Royal Arrow pub which showed all the sports and had acts inside was underneath the hotel but the most amazing thing was that we could not hear anything when in our room on the second level. 19th JUNE I wasn’t sure about having my birthday away but when Kara (Eldest granddaughter) told me they were coming out to celebrate with me, it made it all perfect. Actually, it was the best birthday ever, the day just got better and better. Enzo (great-grandson) was his cheeky self and often made us laugh. He loved being on the stage, getting Mum and Dad up to dance, making friends with the girl working the bar, and getting free crisps.
