I took Enzo for afternoon tea at The Coterie the other day. I wasn’t too sure how much of it he would eat, but he did really well. We had a lovely time, playing Uno while we munched our way through so much food!
I have to admit we did take some home as there was too much to eat. The salmon sandwiches were my favourite, with cream cheese and cucumber. Enzo had ham sandwiches; I think he ate three, so that was good. Kara makes delicious scones and cakes; I ate the scone and bought the cakes home. Enzo won all the Uno games; I was really trying, but he is good. We had a lovely afternoon.
The Coterie are doing a few kids’ afternoons that all look really good. The afternoon tea is on again on the 27th August, so get booked in as you only pay for your own tea and the child eats free.
The other events are children’s bingo on the 13th August and a painting afternoon on the 20th August.
