WHAT TO DO WITH THE RHUBARB?

After making a couple of rhubarb crumbles I was left wondering about the making of alcohol as I do really like the rhubarb gin and the vodka that you can buy. How hard could it be?  After reading the different recipes I decided to have a try but I didn’t have a demi jon bottle so I got a few litre bottles cleaned and sterilised them. What I didn’t realise was the bottleneck is very small on a bottle so I had to cut the rhubarb up even smaller to get it in the bottle. I also had some strawberries…
