The flight was smooth so a little over two hours and we were landing in Alicante to sunshine.
Palm trees wine spritzer and we were happy sat in The Orange bar. The weather looks like it will be full sun while we are here, sunbathing eating and drinking but trying to stick to our diet of no carbs. It’s not easy at times but we are doing our best.
This prawn cocktail was so nice, they definitely did not skimp on the prawns.
We have been to a few places, one of the nicest was Meson-Nostrum were we have had Tapas, the menu-del-dia, I also tried the salmon which was so tasty with a crispy onion topping. I did forget to take pics but will try better lol.
We also went shopping so we can stay home and eat and drink in the garden. This is a perfect holiday, are you going away this year? Also there were no hold ups at the airport so we got through very quickly. I’m off to sunbath!
