I popped over to see my friend Lynda yesterday for a catch-up, we went into The Peter Cushing Wetherspoon pub for lunch as the weather is so nice here at the moment we sat in the garden. We have the pleasure of many seagulls on the coast so this simple idea of putting a net over the whole area is such a good plan. I was very lucky to win a £30 voucher for Aspendos in a raffle so I decided to make an evening of it and take Kara & Ben and Jade out for a meal. I had never been to this Turkish restaurant before, it is a very popular place with establishments in all neighbouring towns. The sea view here with the afternoon sun is really nice and warm, just right for a pre-dinner aperitif.
