WINCHESTER CHRISTMAS MARKET

It takes about two hours to get to Winchester from Folkestone depending on the traffic but as we went on a Sunday the roads were pretty clear. I had never been to Winchester, I was amazed at so many old buildings, the Cathedral was lovely with such great stained glass windows. View PostA DAY IN LONDON

The day started off very wet and windy, then as soon as we made our way to the bus stop to get the coach the sun made an appearance. The trip to London took about an hour and a half, going past many of the landmarks that are so well known. We were dropped right outside Harrods so we made our way inside for the start of the 4-hour shopping stint. There are five floors of everything you could wish for, with an excellent choice. They even have a food hall where London workers pop in to buy their wraps…
