My sister had another party at the weekend which was really good, mostly all family so it’s lovely to catch up with everyone. The view is amazing from her house, it was a shame we still had the awful wind, we could do with a bit of the heat from Europe. On a clear day, you can see France in the distance. The cocktail makers were there again doing a fab job in the setup bar, very nice, plus a buffet.
Found a bargain on the for sale site, I was going to buy a mirror like this for the garden but then I saw two for sale for the same price as one. My bargain of the week. I just need someone to put then up now.
How is your week going? I’ve started reading a new book but having a bit of trouble getting into it but I will persevere for a couple of days. It’s called A Dirty Death by Rebecca Tope. I am having trouble with my website keep going off line so I need to look for a wordpress, Google and Jetpack expert that can sort this out as it’s very annoying.
I have my writing group event on Thursday evening, Mark Stay and his wife Claire are coming to talk to the group. Should be an interesting evening and we will find out a bit more about how your book gets turned into a film.
