After making a couple of rhubarb crumbles I was left wondering about the making of alcohol as I do really like the rhubarb gin and the vodka that you can buy. How hard could it be? What a gorgeous castle, I cannot believe that I have never visited here before especially as it is under an hour from Folkestone along the coast.
