HYTHE FOOD & DRINK FESTIVAL
The festival has been on for the last four days and finishes today, it has been super and the weather has been amazing, making it one of the best I have been to. It was great to catch up with all my writer friends on the bookstall and I came away with two free books to read and review, so look out for those next month. What a brilliant event from the organisation to the talks it was one of the best! The new curators Jen Thatcher and James Harkin did an outstanding job with many interesting authors and events this year. I attended some of the talks including Frances Tophill from Gardeners World which was a highlight for me as gardening is one of my passions. I bought one of her books about rewilding your garden, which is good and available on Amazon. Winter is well and truly here some days, I wish it would not rain I find that so depressing so it makes me want to curl up indoors and read a book. I love lighting my candles and a hot chocolate with squirty cream and tiny marshmallows on the top. What is your favourite thing about winter?
