THE ODDS OF YOU BY KATE DRAMIS – BOOK REVIEW

Published by Bloomsbury Publishing

Kate Dramis is an Atlanta-based writer whose obsession with fantasy worlds and with escaping into a good love story eventually drove her to pursue her dream of becoming an author. She is the author of the instant #2 Sunday Times bestseller, The Curse of Saints.

When she’s not busy writing banter that makes her laugh embarrassingly loudly, you can find her impulse-booking her latest travel adventure, snuggling with her dogs and cat, or tormenting her growing legion of readers on TikTok and Instagram with vague book teasers.

This story actually had me laughing out loud at times, a bit embarrassing when you are in public reading. I do take my latest book everywhere with me in case I get a chance to read a few more pages. I loved this brilliant summer read, which made me look forward to reading more of it wherever I could.

Would you know if you met a famous person while you were out somewhere? I know I wouldn’t, as it has happened to me. I feel that if you are not up to their current age and how they look at that exact time, and if they had a hat on, they could probably walk past lots of people.

A cute boy meets a girl story, but the difference is they each have baggage that they have not processed themselves. They help one another, but will it last and how will it end with all the problems that develop from a relationship? Get this on your summer reading list, as it is a great story, plus funny and heartfelt.
