I was happy to see and sign this petition as let’s face it we are not talking about a couple of surgeries that this is happening at, it’s all over Britain. People are dying because they are not being diagnosed early enough. Every other service is almost back to normal, these doctors are not gods so just go back to work and stop being paid for sitting at home making a few phone calls. HYTHE FESTIVAL I popped over to Hythe yesterday which is only about five minutes from Folkestone in the car, traffic was minimal and parking was ok. On the green, in the middle of the one-way system they were holding the festival and my writing group Write By The Sea had a few tables where members were selling their books plus we had use of the marquee for some readings. This is what you call a well-planned and laid-out table, does it help sell more books though? This table had piles of books, no swag, no decoration just the author and his books. Would you stop at this table and have a chat? Above we have two very different tables at a book festival I organised a couple of years ago.
