I was very lucky to have Michél come and give a talk to my writing group, what a fantastic evening we had. Going through his life, writing and living in different countries kept us all enthralled the whole evening, finishing off with a super Q n A session.
I felt ashamed to say I had not read his book The Crimson Petal and the White but I have ordered it and the film so I am looking forward to reading the book first.
His latest book D sounds really good and will please many children to receive that in their stockings this year.
We are very lucky to have many fantastic authors living in Folkestone.
