I have to say this was one of the best places. It’s very popular, so you have to book, and you just get an allocated time to devour as much chocolate as you can!
I thought the prices were reasonable for London; for example, that hot chocolate was £6.90, and I have seen that price in some local places but without the chocolate all over the cup. The presentation of all the dishes makes all the difference, I guess that is why this place is so busy all the time. The staff are super helpful in explaining the menu and how long you have after your order arrives.
We did notice that everywhere we went in London, the service charge was added on to the bill automatically, normally about 10%.
