The ladies that lunch had a day out to Margate, and we went to the amazing Shell Grotto. This is certainly worth going to see. What they built years ago with shells is just so beautiful.
4.6 million shells arranged in so many artistic designs that they just take your breath away.
There is also a grotto shop with many unusual products you can purchase.
I love the multi coloured earrings that I bought. This really is an amazing place to go and see. I highly recommend it.
WEATHERSPOONS, RAMSGATE, KENT, UK
We had to go and have some lunch after that, so we popped over to Ramsgate as there is the best in Kent, a Wetherspoon pub there. Some of the ladies took to wearing hats, so we had to get a photo of those magnificent hats. Lunch on the terrace overlooking the beach and sea cannot be beaten. We all had such a wonderful day that we have decided to do more things like this. The weather has been amazing here in the UK, so that definitely helps.
