As we head toward summer it’s lovely to see the garden beginning to get a bit of colour in it, I keep buying plants so I’m really hoping for a brilliant display and have enough to cut for indoors this year. It’s great having the bank holidays and we get an extra one this year, courtesy of the queen and so many events on it is hard to know what to go to, although if it rains I won’t be going anywhere. The weather was glorious for the whole Easter weekend so people were out and about in Kent, I even saw some people having a swim in the sea. Whatever you did, I hope you had a really good time, it was nice to catch up with family and enjoy the children hunting for eggs. New Romney school had an animal petting day which Enzo enjoyed very much, they have no fear of putting their fingers in any cages but he wasn’t sure about stroking a snake.
