EAGLE HEIGHTS I had a great day out even though it rained just a bit, we were inside for the afternoon tea which was ok. BEEFEATER, MAIDSTONE I had a few days away visiting my mum as it was her 80th birthday! We went to the Malta Inn for lunch which is a lovely pub on the river, we sat in the window seat so we could see the boats even though it was raining once again. There are some beautiful cards and designs here in the small hut on the Harbour Arm, so many local people design and make such wonderful things to sell here in the Marketplace. I think I will start walking along the beach to collect some sea glass as it all looks amazing.
