Best read of the year. Many things happen all the way through this story so it keeps you up at night. Thought-provoking reading with sadness that makes you feel for the characters. The girl with life-changing injuries after a hit-and-run accident. A pop star who has it all but is he happy? A support worker at the court. These three people’s lives interchange with each other in ways that are surprising and keep you turning the pages, I could not put this book down. It takes you through a washing machine of emotions from all the characters and I often wondered how it would end or even if it could end. This was superbly written by a Sunday Times bestselling author and I highly recommend you read this book.
