BOOK COVER REVEAL

My writing group in Folkestone called Write by the Sea has published its third anthology called Journeys by the Sea. The book launch will be on Saturday 13th May from 2pm until 6pm at the new bookshop in Tontine Street, Folkestone, Kent CT20 1JP  This is a free event for everyone to attend, there will be refreshments, finger buffet and crafts for children to do while you browse the books and meet all the authors. ASPENDOS IN FOLKESTONE, UK

I was very lucky to win a £30 voucher for Aspendos in a raffle so I decided to make an evening of it and take Kara & Ben and Jade out for a meal. I had never been to this Turkish restaurant before, it is a very popular place with establishments in all neighbouring towns. The sea view here with the afternoon sun is really nice and warm, just right for a pre-dinner aperitif.   The ambience and service were excellent and definitely, somewhere I would recommend and visit again.
