CORFU SUNSETS
What a glorious sunset, made even better with a cold sparkling water after a day on the beach. Then a scrumptious meal Stifados which is beef, cooked in a sauce that makes it so tender with mushrooms and onions with small roast potatoes and salad, not sure about the salad but I did eat some of it. They don’t really have vegetables out here with meals.

THE BARBADOS Costas and Sophia should be retired instead of working so hard in there restaurant. This is a true Greek style place with all the food made by the wife. It’s been nine years since I have been here but all the places remember you, it all looks the same. They are so friendly with the atmosphere being happy and fun. Not…… we have had rain and thunder, which was the loudest I have ever heard and scared the living daylights out of me, for two days! A new month heading into Autumn but I still want summer to carry on, It feels like it was over all too soon and not enough sunshine. I decided to set some goals for this month with the first one to finish one of the books I am writing. I have two weeks away so should get most of it finished by the time I return.
