I was very kindly given this book by Colette to read and write an honest review, thank you so much. This made me laugh at times as it is a very easy book to read and one you can pick up at any time. I read it over Christmas whenever I had some spare time to lose myself in this romcom.
The characters fit really well in this story as you follow them through their life. Mia wants the best from her job as a lawyer but loses her job so she sets up her own place to help people. The boyfriend is a cheater but they are engaged, is this what she wants? As you go through her ups and downs it keeps you entertained and laughing in places, maybe even a bit exasperated as well.
When will Mia think about herself and not everyone else, standing up for what you want is about knowing what you want and being brave. Will the trip home to her parents make her figure it all out and what decisions will be made to get the happiness she craves?
