HELLO NOVEMBER 2024

That’s Halloween all over, I am sure the event gets bigger every year but the children do love dressing up, and some adults really get into the event as well. My great-grandson will be 4 this month, where does the time go? He dressed up as a pumpkin and loved scaring me!  People are very generous in Folkestone as the amount of sweets and goodies they collect over a couple of hours is mind-blowing! FOLKLORE IN FOLKESTONE

I met one of my friends in Folklore which is down The Old High Street where Banksy is, last week as her daughter Jo was doing a comedy gig there. I have never been here before but what a lovely and friendly space. They host many events and special nights so it is well worth a visit. The night was a great success with many laughs and some great comedians. Jo is doing well and is up for an award on the comedy circuit.
