I popped over to see my friend Lynda yesterday for a catch-up, we went into The Peter Cushing Wetherspoon pub for lunch as the weather is so nice here at the moment we sat in the garden. We have the pleasure of many seagulls on the coast so this simple idea of putting a net over the whole area is such a good plan. This will stop them from making an absolute mess with the rubbish but also annoying the customers as they can get pretty nasty when hungry and you are eating. I bet it looks nice with the fairy lights on in the evening as well.
We had a nice lunch of a small ham, egg and chips and you get a free drink with it so it is a bargain at £8.50 it makes a nice change and we did have a laugh. We also made plans for two holidays and that always makes me happy. I am off to Spain for my birthday this year so really looking forward to that, I don’t think I have ever been away for my birthday so it will make a lovely change and guarantee constant sunshine which is the best bit.
